He is a Registered and Licensed Estate Agent (R.N 780,  L.N 415) since September 2016 and he is the CEO of the Sunwaves Real Estate Ltd (R.N 1087 & L.N 415/E)

He studied Management Science at the University of Kent in England and pursued postgraduate studies in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Stirling in Scotland. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a Chartered Marketer (CMktr).

He is a Fellow of several professional institutes in England, including The Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), The Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), The Institute of Professional Sales, and the Institute of Directors (FIoD). He was also an Ex-Founding Fellow of the Institute of Professional Sales (FF.ISP).

In 2001, the Paphos Chamber of Commerce and Industry awarded him an Honorary Diploma in recognition of his continuous dedication to education and training. Additionally, in February 2016, he graduated with an MSc in Real Estate (First Class Honours) from Neapolis University of Pafos. In November 2017, he became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

He has held prominent roles in the real estate industry, including Sales and Marketing Manager at Lordos Contracta Ltd, Sales and Marketing Director at Pafilia Estates Ltd, and Sales and Marketing Director at G & V Hadjidemosthenous Ltd. In 2006, he established his own company, Sunwaves Management Consultancy Ltd, offering consultancy services to real estate businesses. From 2012 to 2014, he served as Managing Director of Domenica Group.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has contributed significantly to the field. Since 2018, he has been serving as Vice President of CREAA (a member of FIABCI) in Cyprus.
